- Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: This right does not apply to digital gift cards once delivered, or products that are clearly personalized (e.g., custom names or unique customer photos). Standard print-on-demand designs remain eligible for return.
