- Manufacturing Locations: Facilities are located in the EU, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Smart Routing: We aim to ship your order from the facility closest to you; however, depending on stock availability, your order may ship from a different region.

- Recipient Responsibility: The customer (recipient) is the importer of record. You are responsible for all import VAT, local taxes, and customs duties levied by your country’s customs authorities.
- EU Customers: Orders shipped from non-EU facilities (e.g., USA or UK) will be subject to local VAT and potentially a carrier handling fee upon entry into the EU.
- Refusal to Pay: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, Ravel & Rise reserves the right to deduct original shipping costs and any return fees from your refund.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to the manufacturer due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
